Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas remain one of the most celebrated couples in showbiz, and the duo never fail to treat fans to their adorable couple goals. Celebrity wedding photographer Joseph Radhik recently shared some amusing behind-the-scenes moments from the grand weddings he has worked on, including that of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. Reflecting on his experience during their 2018 nuptials, Radhik confessed that he had no clue about Nick’s global fame as a singer. He also shared how Priyanka and Parineeti reacted to his statement.
In a conversation on the All About Eve podcast, Radhik revealed that he only recognised Nick Jonas for his acting, especially in Jumanji, and not for his music career with the Jonas Brothers. “I grew up in the wrong era, so I was not part of the Disney childhood. I didn’t watch much TV, and whatever little I watched was Doordarshan. I knew Priyanka Chopra, obviously. I was a huge fan,” he said.

Recalling a specific incident from the mehendi ceremony, Joseph shared that he was stunned to hear the Jonas family singing. “The Jonas family took the mic and started singing at the mehendi, and I was like, ‘Man, these guys can sing.’ I said this out loud. The bride thought I was joking. The bride’s sister (Parineeti) had to tell me that they’re part of an actual band,” he laughed.
He further shared that he had met both Priyanka and Nick many times after the wedding, and they never failed to greet him. He called them the sweetest couple. “At every baraat, Nick would be the first to find me across the room. He’s very Punjabi. That whole family is very Punjabi. They’re the best version of Punjabi. They sing, they dance, they’re warm…” he added.
Priyanka and Nick were married in a lavish celebration held at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, combining Hindu and Christian wedding traditions in 2018. In 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
