A star of the hit Netflix show Selling Sunset has been left feeling terrified after her home was burgled by masked intruders.
The popular reality series is set to return for its ninth season, with fans eagerly awaiting its release in just two weeks time.
Today, 15 October, Netflix unveiled a dramatic new trailer packed with drama and chaos as the Oppenheim Group agents make their much-anticipated return, along with some fresh faces.
However, for one star, things take a turn for the worse as she reveals a horrifying ordeal. In the trailer, agent Mary Bonnet discloses that her home was burgled, before the footage cuts to CCTV from her property.
Mary has been a staple on the show since 2019 and has featured in every season thus far, reports the Mirror.
Visibly shaken, Mary confesses in the gripping trailer: "Our home was robbed by three masked men, I don't feel safe."
Her co-star Emma chimes in: "You know it just makes you put things into perspective."
Mary resides in Los Angeles with her husband Romain, having bought their first home together in 2022. Reports suggest their home was targeted by masked burglars in what seems to be a spate of high-profile break-ins in the city.
TMZ reported at the time that the thieves made off with over $130k worth of items, including jewellery and handbags. Although the couple were not home during the incident, the burglars were captured on CCTV footage.

Later in the trailer, more drama unfolds as Emma is spotted dispatching flowers to Mary, only to be branded "fake" by Bre before the bouquet gets hurled into the bin.
There are also suggestions Mary might be departing as Jason pleads with her: "I don't want you to leave. I will fix it."
Yet she responds: "I don't know if you can fix it."
All 10 episodes of Selling Sunset are scheduled to drop on Netflix on October 29.
Viewers can anticipate the comeback of recognisable faces including Crishell Stause, Emma Hernan and Nicole Young.
Fresh addition Sandra Vergara has previously hinted at some "jaw-dropping" moments that audiences won't anticipate as anticipation continues to build.
Based on Netflix's Tudum, creator Adam DiVello revealed that following a particularly explosive series of episodes featuring social media drama, cast confrontations, plus a dog funeral, production for Season 9 commenced exactly where Season 8 concluded.
Adam continued: "There was a lot of strife in the office and a lot of hurt feelings, so we pick up and try to get past that as quickly as possible and into new stories."
