A brand new thriller film is the most popular movie on streaming platforms right now, according to Rotten Tomatoes. The film is and American horror drama with a starry cast and direction from Ryan Coogler.
Sinners follows twin brothers as they attempt to leave their difficult pasts behind only to discover upon their return to Mississippi that evil is awaiting them.
The film's synopsis, via Men's Health, reads: "The whole plot of Sinners hinges around twins Smoke and Stack and their quest to define a creative space for their community."
Set in 1932 in the Mississippi Delta, Michael B. Jordan stars as both of the twin brothers in this popular thriller movie.
The stellar cast lineup also includes Hailee Steinfeld, Wunmi Mosaku, Jack O'Connell, Miles Caton, Li Jun Li, Jayme Lawson, Omar Benson Miller and Delroy Lindo.
With critics on Rotten Tomatoes awarding the film with a 97% rating, their consensus reads: "A rip-roaring fusion of masterful visual storytelling and toe-tapping music, writer-director Ryan Coogler's first original blockbuster reveals the full scope of his singular imagination."
However, with more than 25,000 ratings equating to 96% via the audience reviewers, their consensus states: "Ryan Coogler has not only delivered a deliciously vicious vampire hit, but an unapologetically Black genre knockout ablaze with a killer cast and a cranked-up score."

One audience reviewer said: "Michael B. Jordan did a great job playing two roles. Lots of twists and turns that kept you on the edge of your seat. The supporting characters were excellent."
The film has been receiving great reviews and critical acclaim.
