The latest PS Plus titles are on their way soon, and players are holding out hope that this drop maintains the quality of recent months on the service.
PS Plus has been on a winning streak, with the last few months offering players some genuinely top-notch drops. The service has managed to deliver for players on all tiers, with the PS Plus Essential August drop delivering Lies of P and Day Z, and the PS Plus Extra and Premium July drop surprising players with a same-day Cyberpunk 2077 launch, paired with an exclusive discount for its Phantom Liberty DLC.
Fans have had plenty to get stuck into, but luckily for them, there's plenty more to come incredibly soon. The PS Plus Extra and Premium roster for this month is gearing up for its reveal shortly, and we could be in for even more bangers.
If the fan-led PS Plus Extra and Premium August games predictions are accurate, then we're certainly going to be in for a treat, but even so, we're not about to sniff at new games to play at no additional cost, especially as this year's summer showcase season revealed that the original Resident Evil 2 and 3 are set to come to Extra and Premium this season, and hopefully this month is the one that brings it to life.
We won't know what's coming until it's here, though, and we've got good news – it isn't far off. Here's what you need to know about the incoming PS Plus Extra and Premium August reveal time.

PS Plus Extra and Premium August 2025 reveal timeThe PS Plus Extra and Premium August 2025 reveal is scheduled for 8.30am PDT / 11.30am EDT / 4.30pm BST on Wednesday, August 13. This is a regular occurrence as Extra and Premium games are always unveiled at this time on the second Wednesday of every month before they make their debut on the service the following Tuesday, which in this case is Tuesday, August 19.
Expectations are high for another stellar line-up of games, but only time will tell if they're up to scratch. It's a tall order to anticipate something on par with Cyberpunk 2077, but who knows what could officially land to keep players entertained. Whatever it is, we'll gladly accept it.
