And now leading communications and body language expert Judi James has decoded the sweet post, revealing there's more than meets the eye. The expert told The : "Referring to her seven years of marriage as a 'lifetime of stories', Meghan seems to reveal her theatrical side.
"The curated photos of those years that accompany her words do look a little like stills from a movie about a romantic love story. Her written message is very brief here, although the sentiments echo an Oscar acceptance speech, suggesting an air of ultimate victory over the sceptics and critics."
Judi also noted regal understones in the post, as she added: "The words 'supported us' might reflect a desire to reference vulnerability and although her 'we appreciate you' sounds like a polite return after the receipt of 'Love and support', it probably adds a more regal sign-off than a gushing 'we love you all' back.
"Meghan's curated marriage mood-board is all about intensely romantic moments and intimate ones too, like the one where she stands with her bump showing and the ultrasound of one of her babies.
"There are locations and dates added in her magnificent italics, but the overriding quote pinned up here might be announcing a new era of calm acceptance from the couple known for their controversies and dramas.
"The Walt Whitman words 'We were together, I forget the rest' seem to thankfully signal an acceptance of happiness and resilience at last after what has seemed like years battling the royals and the press etc. It implies an ability to cancel out all the external noise and just focus on this very loving relationship that she has illustrated so touchingly."
