The house is set to descend into chaos tonight as one particular housemate abruptly leaves face-to-face nominations in floods of tears. The upcoming episode will see the remaining housemates make their nominations for Tuesday's eviction to one another's faces, with revealing that during the live show.
While the nominations unfold, one particular housemates finds that it's all too much - and storms out of the room. "Will they be able to pull it together and carry on with the process?" ITV teases. Tonight's face-to-face nominations are set to take on an Easter twist, with the celebrities asked to place an egg in the basket of the housemates they wish to nominate.

First to deliver their nominations in Angellica Bell, revealing: "My first nomination is for you, Patsy. You’re my bed buddy. And we’ve grown very close, and shared stories.

"But I’m nominating you because sometimes I feel you snap at me. And sometimes I don’t feel confident to help you in the kitchen – a space that I like as well."
Meanwhile, Ella chose to nominate Chris, telling him: "I’ve been told you like to play a massive game. And you come into things with a game plan. And when Daley said that to me, and told me to be careful, I can’t get it out of my head."
In typical fashion, there's another twist in store - with one of the nominated housemates given the chance to save themselves by finding a golden egg that's hidden in a basket at the centre of the room.
"BUT they must choose one of the non-nominated housemates to replace them. Who will be saved? And who is set to face the public vote?" ITV continued.
Tonight's episode also sees the housemates receive a secret visit from the Easter bunny - . The ex Tory MP dresses up as a rabbit for the occasion, hoping around the house to leave for the remaining celebrities.
Later in the episode, in the diary room after being accused of game playing by his fellow housemates.
Speaking to Big Brother, Chris says: "I’m exhausted in this house. I think I’m too normal and live a stress-free life. I avoid negative energy in my day-to-day life. And I’m happier for it. I just don’t get it. If you have things to say, just air it.
"People enjoying themselves and having fun – that’s just life. I don’t really like the environment much anymore. I hate toxic stuff in life. I hate horrible energy – it just brings you down. You can feel when energy shifts and it’s not nice. I don’t want to be emotional and sad, but you can’t help it sometimes."
He added: "People have made me feel like I can’t have a friendship with JoJo. Or feel like I have to justify a friendship with JoJo – because we get on and we have fun. I’m actually really sad.”
