Rahul Kannoly Praveen will turn out for West Ham United in The Soccer Tournament (TST) as the club announced it via their official social media handles on May 23, Friday. In a statement after joining West Ham, he said, 'I'm excited to play for West Ham United at TST this summer'.
Born in Thrissur, Kerala, the 25-year-old featured for the city's U-14 football team and finished as the leading goal-scorer during the national championship that took place in Kolkata in 2013. Rahul's first professional goal came on December 26, 2017 for Indian Arrows during a tournament organized by All India Football Federation. His first professional goal was against Shillong Lajong, netting in the 91st minute as the Arrows won by a comprehensive 3-0 margin.
In a video posted by West Ham on social media, Rahul said:
"Hello, Hammers fans, it's Rahul KP here. I'm excited to play for West Ham United at TST this summer."

In 2019, the youngster signed a contract with Kerala FC for the Indian Super League. He now holds the record for second-most most appearances for Kerala FC Blasters, playing 89 matches and netted nine goals for them.
On January 6, 2025, he signed a contract with Odisha FC until 2027. Rahul had featured for India in the Hung Tinh Friendly football tournament when he was named in the squad. The youngster's first senior appearance came during the match against Singapore when India drew the fixture 1-1. Furthermore, Rahul was also a member of the team that participated in the Asian Games.
