Mumbai: The Maharashtra State Examination Council has officially released the interim results for the scholarship examinations held for students of Standards 5 and 8. These examinations, designed to recognise academic excellence and provide financial support to deserving students, were conducted earlier this year across the state.
As per the provisional data, the pass percentage for the Standard 5 scholarship examination is 33.90 per cent, whereas the pass percentage for Standard 8 is 19.30 per cent. Authorities have noted that these figures are tentative and subject to change following the re-evaluation process.
Students seeking re-evaluation of their marks may apply online through their respective school logins. The last date to submit re-evaluation requests is 4th May 2025. Additionally, corrections regarding student names, school details, and other relevant information must also be submitted online within the same timeframe using the school login facility.
The Examination Council has confirmed that the final results and the official merit list will be published once all re-evaluation applications have been reviewed and necessary amendments made. Students and school administrators are advised to regularly monitor the official portal for updates and further instructions.
The scholarship programme continues to serve as an important initiative to encourage academic achievement among young learners in Maharashtra.
