Now, you can make offline payments using the USSD service even without internet.

To make offline payments, your mobile number must be linked to your bank account. Then, set a UPI PIN through your bank's app or website. Once this process is complete, you can easily make offline transactions.
How to Transfer Money Without Internet
Type *99# into your mobile dialer and press the call button.
A menu will open on the screen, displaying options like Send Money, Check Balance, and Request Money.
Select the bank account you want to pay from.
Next, enter the recipient's mobile number, UPI ID or bank account number, and IFSC code.
Type the amount you want to send and finally enter your UPI PIN.
Your payment will be successful within a few seconds, even without an internet connection.
Limits and Charges
You can make transactions up to ₹5,000 through this service. A nominal fee of ₹0.50 is charged per transaction. This service is available 24x7, works even on holidays, and is supported on all mobile networks and handsets.
