The official notice states, "The general public, and especially job seekers, are cautioned that IBPS neither authorizes nor collaborates with any individual/entity in connection with its operations or functions."
The Institute has clarified that any claims of third-party involvement in the examinations, results, or recruitment process are completely false and unauthorized.
Warning of Legal Action for Trademark Misuse
IBPS has also stated that its name, logo, and related identification marks are registered trademarks with the competent authority. Any unauthorized use or violation will result in legal action. The Institute has warned all such individuals or organizations to desist from such activities immediately.
