Indian Bank has invited applications for apprentice posts. All those interested and eligible candidates who want to apply for these posts can apply through the official website of Indian Bank indianbank.in. Under this recruitment process, 1500 apprentice posts will be filled in the institute. The last date to apply for this recruitment is 7 August 2025. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this post should have a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
The age limit of the candidate should be between 20 to 28 years as on the cut-off date. However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc. categories as per Government of India guidelines.

Exam Pattern and Selection Process
The selection process consists of an online exam and local language proficiency test.
The online exam (objective multiple choice type) will have five parts/sections: Reasoning Ability, Computer Knowledge, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry. A total of 100 questions will be asked and the maximum marks will be 100. There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the objective test. 1/4th of the marks allotted for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Candidates applying for training seats (vacancies) of a particular state must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in one of the specified local languages of that state.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 800 plus GST for General/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs 175 plus GST for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fee/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate. Payment can be made using debit or credit card or internet banking by providing the information asked on the screen.
