Bukayo Saka net worth rockets as Arsenal star banks millions after savvy move

Arsenal star Bukayo Saka saw the value of the company managing his image rights significantly increase last year, more than doubling its worth.

BS7 Rights Limited, overseen by Saka's parents Adenike and Hamed, witnessed its income surge from £2.30m to a whopping £4.64m in 2024. This substantial growth followed new contract with , rumoured to be around £15m annually, signed at the conclusion of the 2022-23 season.

Since making his professional debut at just 17-years-old, the 23-year-old has become an indispensable asset for both his club and country. With 257 appearances under his belt for Arsenal, Saka boasts 69 goals and 70 assists, primarily operating from the right wing.

Saka's influence has been instrumental in Arsenal's recent revival and their journey to this season's Champions League semi-finals. The Wembley-born star was on target as Arsenal secured a 5-1 aggregate victory over reigning European champions Real Madrid earlier this month.

Since his England debut in 2020, Saka has accumulated 43 caps, netting 12 goals and playing a key role in two European Championship finals.

In addition to his lucrative Arsenal contract, Saka also enjoys a sponsorship deal with New Balance, featuring prominently in the brand's football boot range.

It's common practice for professional athletes, especially footballers, to establish companies to license their image and personal attributes to clubs, sponsors, and brands.

This arrangement provides them with more control over the use of their image and, importantly, allows them to pay a lower tax rate on this income compared to their regular salary.

Income from image rights companies is taxed at the corporate rate of 25 per cent, rather than the 45 per cent tax applied to any salary exceeding £125,000.

In addition to this, Saka's parents hold directorial positions in two other firms linked to the Arsenal player's ventures, namely BS7 Investments Limited and Phantom Management Limited.
